I love reading old threads. Makes me nostalgic. Adele wasn't THAT famous a year ago and things were different on this forum. I sometimes am embarrassed of myself when I read some stupid things I wrote in the past lol.
You guys should def read old threads: concert reviews, tshirt of 21 reasons we love adele, excitement with new concert/shows ( there were quite a few back then), angry daydreamers with shitty awards (People's Choice Award, Teen Choice Awards, VMAs), hairdo thread, scenarios for SFTTR music video, crispy tissue Mark, threads full of sexual innuendo...Oh, what good times those were. Times when we were sad we didn't see Adele for 3 days and upset she took a month break. Now we're waiting months and months for something of Adele. Pretty sad....

Some of these old threads are hysterical. I don't know if the "scenarios for SFTTR music video" is the same one the physics of impossible to SFTTR, but it is a roflmao thread. There is a thread for every mood.

reviews - I'm working on it
T-shirt - planns how to break in and steal it are on the way ;)
angry D-dreamers - sometimes catching the mood even today ;)
SFTTR music video - read some scenarios, hoping there are more
Mark - hm... sounds like the mentioned-in-Paradiso guy... didn't come accross him on the forum yet
sexual innuendos - I've seen some, I'm sure many more are still to be discovered

In other words, great forum. :)

You bet I did. It's not easy to get up at that time even under normal circumstances. Alarm clock starts at 4:30, five minutes later stereo goes on (with Norah Jones - it's nice, quiet and peaceful), and the stereo stops playing half an hour later. In case I just had sweet dreams to the peaceful music.

I Agree, even 7 am,honestly,I'm really having a difficulty waking up on that time, even alarm clocks don't work on me,for me to able wake up,It requires a little help from sister or my mum, haha!,I rarely set my Alarm clock(btw I use my phone as my alarm),and when it does.I usually choose Rock type of music(which opposes your nice, quiet and peaceful,stereo.LOL).:)

I've seen the video again and he actually points to some scalpers with tickets outside the venue, but I've read here and in other places that their prices could be horrendous.

Woot, scalpers are really tricky persons,I rather save my money rather than buying tickets from them, but say that the situation gets bad, assuming that I wasn't able to buy tickets because it was sold out,and the scalpers is only my last resort, and I desperately need to watch Delly's Concert,'Ok,take my money you lucky bastard(scalper)',haha, somehow scalpers are helpful in that kind of situation.:)

But sitting outside a venue certainly is not the same as being inside during Adele's concert.

Agree!

Regarding the D4D video and water. One of the big pollutants when it comes to water is meat "industry". I know it's easier to donate money than to go vege, but both could have a positive impact. If someone is interested there is a lot to read about it on Internet, for example:

Ok, sorry for the interruption. Getting down from my soapbox. Back to Adele. :)

What concerts have you all seen this summer while waiting for news of Adele's baby's birth? I saw Alabama Shakes, then Mumford and Sons and last evening Train. All three were awesome in their own ways. Brittany from Alabama Shakes can rock a guitar. I have been listening to the whole Boys and Girls cd. Can't wait to see them again. Mumford, well the whole band is so talented. Got to hear new songs from upcoming record. Definitely going to purchase. I think this will be a big seller because they have gotten so popular this past year. Train really engaged the audience. had lots of girls, young and old come on upstage and sing with him. One girl sang "Bruises" with band, knew all the words. Must have won a radio concert contest or something. Now summer is closing and the kids go back to school. Gotta get into Mom school monitor mode, Yuck! I'm so glad I got to go to those concerts this summer and look forward to next years.

Glad I could give you a chuckle Klau. Sadly I can't take credit for being the first to find the pregnant pics, that belongs to an anonymous student in New Zealand and some great detective work by NG (whose milky way is in transit). I just stole the pics and shared em. :-) and just for the record my chocolate intake is escalating!!

Looking forward to the end of winter here in Aus and I'm lined up with tickets for Mumford and Sons (Oct), Sir Elton (Nov) and Ed Sheeran in 2013, will also be getting tickets for Pink in 2013. Can't wait for all of them. In the meantime I've been seeing a few Aus comedy acts live in particular Puppetry of the Penis (yep you read it right)...YouTube it if you dare...not for everyone but I laughed my arse off! Most importantly though I'm dying for some warmer weather and I think I may just scratch the visit to Antarctica off my bucket list....seen one iceberg seen em all. : / Though the first class air ticket to an Adele concert anywhere in the world shall remain on the bucket list, much to my husbands disgust :-))
