They will be announcing the nominations today at 5:30pm.

Cool. I am linked to the site from my Facebook page so I can get it "live". Going to check the BBC networks on TV and see if any of them are televising it. I guess it's 12:30 here or 11:30? I'll look it up and make sure I'm on some sort of entertainment device. Rainy day with no desire to go shopping and get wet. It can wait til tomorrow.

They aren't putting it on the TV this year, unfortunately.
This is what they said on the Twitter account ( http://twitter.com/#!/BRIT_Awards ) "it's all being announced right here on Twitter - no TV broadcast this year, but vids will be up on http://brits.co.uk later" You will be able to view the vids on the website if you're not from the UK.

No mention of Adele from them yet, but they have named a few others who will be "on the red carpet". I hope we see her!
