Very nice of him, AMS. They were also in the SNL skit where they cried to SLY. So funny. They love her. Chris' wife, Gwennyth, introduced her at Grammys. I actually enjoyed Coldplay last night. They were really good. I listen to their stuff. Paradise is a good song, imo.

I just saw the performance of RITD back on you tube..
When I look back I think she hit the high notes very well!!!

About her middle finger.. I just hope the fuss about it will be over soon.. The Brits made the biggest mistake they could ever make!

According to Adele her blog she will go back to the studio... I guess we just have to be patient..

A friend of mine, who is not a Daydreamer btw, said of the BRITs: "does she have other songs to perform?" I thought it was kinda funny because he's only seen her perform on Ellen, Grammys and BRITs, haha. [Ellen was by accident, really.] I think she should do other songs more, some that are not singles and hits. She has beautiful songs that she performed live only several times. Not fair.

Other than that, I don't think her Grammy performance was the best one ever. I loved how she's back again, healthy and good looking. It got a whole new meaning and all of that, but she had more passion and anger during her very first performances of the song [especially the acoustic ones]. Sorry, but I am ready to move on from RITD cause she has millions of songs that are waaaaaaaay better.

Flipping the bird didn't hurt her in the UK.

Retailer HMV reports that its sales of Adele’s album 21 have risen by almost 750% in the wake of her Brits win, compared to the previous week – even though it has already shifted nearly four million copies in the past year.

HMV spokesman Gennaro Castaldo said that with so many people already owning 21, the expectation would have been only a small increase in sales, but that has not proved to be the case.

“You’d think that any sales increase from last night’s ceremony would be relatively modest, but instead the opposite seems to be the case. Ironically, it’s possible the embarrassing interruption to her acceptance speech has actually worked in Adele’s favour, as it’s helped to generate more coverage and earned even more sympathy for her.”

You have to consider that she doesn't feel the same way about Mr21. She doesn't feel heartbroken anymore, so she doesn't sing with as much 'anger and passion' as she used to. However, the acapella bit and the 'You could have had THIS all' plus the fact that her voice sounded AMAZING, she looked STUNNING, the atmosphere was incredible, she got a 5-minute standing ovation, etc that made the Grammys performance the best EVER (in my modest opinion, obviously). But there are sooo many other performances of RITD that are (almost) as equally good.
:D

Holly shit. An increase of 750% compared to what??? An entire week? Or one day of saleS? Regardless, IT IS FUCKING AMAZING.
It's only February and they are talking about 21 being the best selling album for second year in a row (another article, but still).

Found that video with her when she presented the album!

So this is what she had to do back in December when she tweeted that photo!
