So, my choice is "Dark Side of the Moon" or "Comfortably Numb" two of my all time favorite Floyd songs. She mentione that she loves Bob Marley, "Could You Be Love" but I think it would be weird. I LOVE him too, btw. She also loved The Cranberries, "Linger". Don't know if it fits her voice though. Sinead is brilliant, but that song is soooo sad it makes SLY sound uplifting!

NJ!!! I'm with you!! How on earth could I forget Pink Floyd! Comfortably Numb, I'm in!!!
It's a song with so much passion!!

She did cover a few Etta James classics (Fool That I Am, I Just Wanna Make Love To You) as well as I Can't Make You Love Me from BR. She said numerous times that ICMYLM is probably the most perfect song ever written and Bonnie has one of the most touching voices.

YW, yeah, you logic does make sense about Adele not wanting to cover her favorite songs. Other than Adele now, Prince was my favorite artist, and I've always liked Nothing Compares To You. I know......Prince to Adele makes me musically schizophrenic. Ironically, Adele is now closing in on Prince's 24 weeks at Number One with Purple Rain.

Going out on another limb here, I love Metallica (I know that may seem odd) and Lars has an amazing voice (his mom was an opera singer). To that end, I think her voice would kill "Nothing Else Matters". Lyrics are stunning and I think she would sound great turning this into a piano and vocal piece. Alright, I think I'm done going out on a limb, so to speak. I do have very eclectic taste in music. Lovesong by The Cure was my theme song when it came out and I LOVED Robert Smith to bits. To be honest, I don't love her cover of this song. Sorry. I like it, but don't love it like I love everything else she does. The original is unbelievable. That whole album is a classic, imo.

Metallica.. I like this band.. but I don't really love them..
James Hetfield is a good singer but there is something about his style that I don't like.. after every sentence it's like he's roaring. I don't really know how to explain it properly but I think you get the point..

I like Adele to cover Carole King's You've got a Friend.. I think her voice would just suit the song!

PROMISES BY THE CRANBERRIES! They were my first musical obsession from when I was 13 & I'm still in love! But I'm dying to hear how Adele would do it! Anyone agree? Xxohh
