I previously wrote a long post how about I met Delly . Was this last summer at an aviation meeting . They played .." there a fire starting in my heart "and I got stuck to Dellys songs .. for ever .I laove her personnality , sing her every day and begin to get very close to all her singing intonations . This is my first post lol ..... I was pretty much music illiterate at the time when Adele first came out so I didn't know of her or anyone else who wasn't always being shown on MTV, award shows, etc.....but all of a sudden during mid 2010 I started looking at grammy history(don't really know why, just did lol) and noticed Adele won best new artist in 2009 so I decided to search her on youtube to see what she was about. Chasing Pavements and Hometown Glory were the first songs I ever heard from her and I instantly loved them. Her voice was so unique and it just hit me. Then I watched her grammy acceptance speech, and I thought she was so funny and adorable lol. From that video I said to myself,"Adele, you have a new fan." The more I listened to her to her to more I loved. 19 was amazing. So simple yet powerful. My favorite song from 19 is Melt My Heart To Stone. So I was not a fan from day 1 but that's not my fault lol. I am a HUGE fan now. I went to see her live in new york at the united palace theater. Thank goodness she added another NY date because I had a final to take the day of her first NY show at the Beacon. Even though her music is about her past relationships, I feel like her lyrics apply to all forms of relationship whether its girlfriend/boyfriend, friends, and family. Going to her show, I was really able to see why she is such a big success. She has a wide range of fans. I'm 22 (at the time 21) and I saw teenagers, people around my age, and grown adults at her show. IncrADELEble lol

I had been to lunch with a friend. She was dropping me off at my house. She had a cd playing in her car..very low. I asked her to turn it up. I asked her who it was. She said, "Oh that is my daughter's cd. It is a new singwer she really likes." I asked if I could borrow it. I burned it to my computer, then to a cd. Next day I went to Best Buy and purchased everything by Adele they had. The Albert Hall CD/DVD combo, 19 and 21! So, you want to know what attracted me to Adele?? She opened her mouth and sang..I was forever hooked. What a voice. I saw herinterview with Anderson Cooper. What a precious young lady. I'm very sorry her heart was broken.

In the USA in Florida is where I live. The first time I heard Rolling in the Deep was the first time I heard of Adele. I thought "I like that song and voice, what country singer is this, someone new? The radio said Adele. When I saw her on the Grammys speaking with a heavy English accent, I was astonished. I thought she was some American country singer. No accent in the singing.SURPRISE!! Her voice. It's so beautiful, it fills my heart and my mind to bursting point.

Her voice is magnetic. It's pure, raw talent. She sings about stuff and topics that we can actually relate to. Love, love lost, love found, heartaches...this is actual stuff that we go through and she has taken it and turned it into musical beauty. She's a genius. Pure talent. How can you not be attracted to her songs??

The very first time I ever heard of Adele was on the radio. 'Chasing Pavements' came on and my first thought was; 'Who is this?' I was blown away by her voice. At the end, the D.J. came on and said her name; simply, 'Adele'. I immediately went to the store and bought 19. Before this, I had only done this two times before. The very first time I heard 'Whitney Houston' sing and then when I heard 'Mariah Carey' sing for the first time. As with most fans, I all but wore out my copy of 19 from the moment that I bought it. I was amazed that someone so very young, could write these types of lyrics...let alone, convey them in such a raw, honest and powerful way. I remember seeing this little girl on 'Saturday Night Live', 'Divas' and her eventual win at the Grammy's and could not have been prouder of her. Afterwards, Adele just kind of went away. Didn't hear much out of her after all the hoopla of 19 went away. Fast forward to 2011. I was driving home from work one day and switched on the radio and the very first song that began to play was 'Rolling In The Deep'. Once again, my first thought was, 'Who is this?!!' The voice sounded familiar...and yet different too. More seasoned or something. I couldn't put my finger on it at the time..but I just knew that I had heard this person before. Bad thing was, after the song was over, the D.J. didn't say who the artist was that sang this most incredible song. So as soon as I got home, I went on Youtube and punched in 'Rolling In The Deep' and much to my surprise...there was my 'little Adele'...all 'grown up'! Lol I almost fell out of my chair and once again, went immediately to the store and purchased a copy of 21. What a complete joy Adele's music is to me and to most of this world really. I listen to her music each and every day and could not be happier for her with all her success. The main thing that I love about this kid the most is her 'humbleness'. She is such a genuinely 'real' person. So charming. So funny. Just such a joy! I'm so thankful that God has blessed us all with this truly wonderful individual. Personally speaking, I cannot imagine my life without Adele in it. Much Peace to her and to all who are reading my message...Dee
