How was the first time that you heard Adele?

It was in December 2011 (a little late...). I was looking for a new music to my MP3 and I went straight to the number one in the charts!... Guess who I found! Adele!

I was impressed with the song ("Someone like you"), even without knowing that, because I didn't translate it to Portuguese yet!

When I read the translation, I enjoyed it much more! There were verses that alternated since facts that really happened until expressions that showed how Adele really felt.

"Someone like you" was the first of many songs that I could apreciate both the Adele's voice and the content that has written and lived for her.

That was quite out of the blue when I heard her singing. And for how I remember now that was a somewhat complicated period in life I was goinh through. I've never been into 'inspirational and motivational' kind of stuff, but back then Adele did became such a source of charge for me.
