A question to more knowlegable when it comes to English: what does it mean "rocking her eyeliner"?

Basically, to look really good in something, to wear it well, usually better than anyone else. And she really does rock the eyeliner. Not to mention the mascara and fake lashes!

She also really rocks the little black dress!
