Click on the "User Control Panel" tab at the top of the page. Then click on "Profile". Then you should see a button on the left side of the page that says "Edit signature". Click on it. There's a blank box for text. Above this box are some buttons. Click the "img" button, then copy and paste the url of the picture you want in your signature in between the two [img] things. Hope this helps.
