Thank you both so much. I thought at the radio interview they had Adele laughter as a jingle and kept pushing that button all the time. But I guess I'm wrong, she's so tipsy she can't stop laughing! HILARIOUS!!!

You were right the first time, Louie--the two guys are describing an interview with Adele, so it's half pre-recorded and half the two of them laughing about it. They do replay some of the cackles for fun. The editing is good on this, but if you listen carefully, you can pick out that replayed laugh because the cackle pattern (for want of a better term) is the same.

Those were great! I love her laugh. I had seen the first interview but I hadn't seen when she had sang Crazy for You. Love that song, that's why its forum name and that I am crazy for her. I loved the second interview when the guy says "Do you want to touch another muscle? and she says NO!
