Vinyl21 Download

I just 21 on vinyl. It comes with a download card, but the link on the card takes me to a login/password screen that I can't get past. Help! I'd like to listen to Adele in more places than just my listening room at home.

The same is happening for me.. I would like to download the album but it wont let me past that long in screen

I've just sent an email to columbia records to complain about this very issue. I purchased both 19 AND 21 and can download neither. Does anybody have contact info for XL Records? Both Columbia and XL should know about this.

Did you just recently buy the album(s) on vinyl? If so, the download may have expired. I buy a lot of vinyl and sometimes the download expires 1 year from when the album was printed or released. Just a guess.

I have the same problem. The card that came with the vinyl album says the offer expires 02/23/2013. I cannot get past the user name and password page. I hope someone can help out with this.

I've had the same problem too, now with both 19 and 21. I would like to know how you can sell records in shrink wrap that advertises a digital download as "included" with your purchase, and then, inside the shrink wrap, have instructions that presents what you just purchased as an "offer" with an expiration date, and, what's more, an "offer" that can't even be redeemed before its expiration date. It is outrageous to do this to paying customers, especially while labels try, rightfully, to prevent illegal downloads.

If the card says it doesn't expire until 2013, then you need to contact the label. I've done that before with albums and they sent me a direct link to a digital download via email. It sucks that the link listed on the card doesn't work though. Major screw up by XL/COLUMBIA.

To be perfectly honest, I was disappointed with 21 on vinyl. I thought the recording was way to bright. I can't even listen to it. It hangs on my wall. I listen to 21 via CD.

I just bought the "Adele21" Vinyl and it came with the download code (as advertised), but when I try to download, this message pops up "Our records show that you have already downloaded the songs of your choice". I could not find any contact to try to solve it. My record is brand new sealed, bought on Amazon.com. It's very frustrating!!! Does anybody have any contact to try to solve this problem??? Thanks.

Very disappointed with the vinyl recording quality, not to mention Columbia's crappy download policy against Canada.
Sorry Adele, won't be buying your albums until this changes.
