How to become a forum member

Hey guys. I'm getting plenty of private messages asking how to become forum members here. Mods or newbies, can you let people know the secret (besides endless waiting) on how to break the code? Thanks. I've instructed people to check here btw. So watch your language (I'm talking to you YW).

Well alright. It's up to the admin to verify your email address ultimately allowing you to become an official forum member, which can take forever for some people. It was Imediate for me, but that was a little over a year ago and I imagine the admin must get lots of requests nowadays. Perhaps trying multiple email addresses will help with a sooner verification?
But anyway after you've officially joined you are to make your first introductory post in the appropriate thread (if you please) which one of us mods have to approve. I believe you have to make a small few that must be approved before you're able to post freely here. Then after that it should be smooth sailing. Hope you guys can get in real soon, we love new daydreamers! :)

There were a couple of people recently who've said they figured out how to become activated. I'm pretty sure someone said they contacted admin directly by email. If it was me wanting on to talk with other Adele fans, I'd be banging on the door. Email admin. You can find their info on this site. If you want to be heard until then, get me at @shadesofblack2

Great news! Activation from an admin is no longer required. As soon as you register, you will be sent an email that will include an activation link. Unlike before, when they would send an email advising you that a second email would be sent once activation was complete. And of course, for many people, that second email never came.

So all you have to do is register, check your email, follow the activation link and you're in! Your first post, however, will need to be approved by a moderator. Simple as that :)

*If you have previously attempted to register you're mostly likely going to need a new email address, since you can't use one that's already been used to sign up.

Well that'd be right..now that I'm in and actually waited months (and sort of losing my login details...shhhh our secret) and begging admin repeatedly for assistance, pulling my hair out etc it's all gone by the wayside...well pffft!!

I never got actvated until i it by myself. I just clicked resend confirmation email. Then i forgot my password...!

yeah..... i wanted to join this forum for a long time since a couple months ago and the only thing i could do was sit and wait. all of a sudden i decided to try my other email and i noticed i cant activate it my self :D

Ive been waiting for months for my other acc to get activated but it never did >_>

Lol I would probably still be waiting for my registration from January to get validated if it wasn't for everyone on the FB group mentioning how they got validated minutes after they registered. :d
