"New song out at end of year." Bond theme?!

Unfortunately guys, it seems 99.9% that there will not be a video for RHI. The filming she did was for the NBC MAtt Lauer interview special that will air on June 3rd. During the interview, they are going to show 6 songs from the RAH concert dvd. Included in those six are: HG, CP, SLY, RITD, SFTTR, and IBW. They are not even showing RHI, according to the NBC press release. My guess is they are just letting RHI do its thing. I am also guessing that folks will be blown away by IBW and it's sales will jump as a single, even though it will not be officially released. At the end of the day, 21 sales will blow up following this special as will sales of RAH dvd. And that's all that matters. RHI video will have to be made by daydreamers!!

That's a great idea! We should all make a lyric video, or something like that, for RHI! I think Delly would like that :)! Anyone willing to put it together?

I was just watching Adele's interview with Jonathan Ross again, and it seems that if she's really singing the theme song for the Bond film, then that song was already written last year. My read on it is that she was already ready to record it in November last year because she said she was going back to the studio then. I just hope that the fact that she had surgery before November didn't derail the whole process.

I thought the same thing. She mentioned going back to the studio in November of 2011. Obviously, that had to be postponed. Then right after the Grammys she said she was heading back to the studio following the Brit awards. Me thinking it was for what she was going to record in November. And then she announces "new single" for end of 2012! IT HAS TO BE THE BOND THEME!! LMAO

Anyone notice the new Skyfall teaser trailer has no song to it, just background "movie music" ;)
Once the actual trailer comes out, it should come out with the theme already. I'm excited!

I'm thinking it should sound something like "Set Fire To The Rain"...very epic and moving. SFTTR has that film sound to it, I always imagine like a wild crazy movie scene in slow motion while listening to it lol

Actually...I just noticed something...Adele is signed by the same company making Skyfall. Sony Pictures and Columbia. Just thought that was interesting hmmm lol :)

Another clue is that she was belting out Diamonds are Forever in the RAH behind the scenes video. Practicing maybe? By the way, good clue also that she's signed by Sony. Thanks for that.
