Adele album has beaten Michael jackon's album!

Adele has beaten michael Jackson on the best selling album of all time in UK! She has now have the fifth biggest album of all time in uk WOW! Earlier on this may her album has sold 4,274,300 Copies 500 more than Michael Jackson but I would of imagined now it's even more nearly 5 million! The album is still selling around 20,000 each week which is quite a lot still when the album has been out since last January.

2. The Beatles: Sgt Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band

3. ABBA: Gold: The Greatest Hits

4. Oasis: (What's The Story) Morning Glory?

That will happen after a long long time. But it will happen...for sure. Right now the target of surpassing Oasis album is more feasible in the next few months. I think the difference between these two albums is 180.000 copies more or less.

I live for the moment 21 will surpass (What's The Story) Morning Glory?. It will be the best way to say "f*ck off" to Ghallagher for speaking so low about Adele.

I think it's just a matter of time before 21 reaches the number one best-seller in the U.K. and possibly Canada and Australia. I'd say about five years or less, hopefully her popularity will remain strong. Would be nice if she reached number one worldwide but that could take a very long time and the exact sales figures for Thriller are uncertain.

Yeah according to the tabloids, she won't last. Ofcourse we don't know if it's true. I didn't actually hear him say that out loud.

He did. Though the interview was taken months ago, he predicted that Adele will dissapear from music industry and she will not have an enduring career. He brought the example of Duffy and her absence from the music industry. It is completely clear the career of Adele and that of Duffy have nothing common. Though he effortlessly said something like that in the same period Lagerfeld called Adele "a little too fat".
