You did not "make it seem" like you were being rude, you WERE rude. Whatever your intentions.

You cannot go through life in a a globalized world in the 21th century assuming (or demanding) that everyone everywhere in every respect has to be Biblical, and Biblical according to your understanding. What you have done right now is you tried to impose your view of the world, and of Bible, on others. As many mentioned before, if on Biblical grounds you cannot be happy for Adele and Simon, you should have civility of keeping it to yourself, or at least of not sharing it on this forum.

Another thing is that in our individualized world it is probably best to see certain religious injunctions as something for us to apply in our own lives, not as something to judge and, condemn, others by. Especially others who we do not know, and we don't really know their situation or motives. Otherwise we are at risk of misgudgement, and on the verge of vanity and hypocrizy which is very detrimental to our spirit.

I still can't really believe it! It's like Adele? The same Adele we've watched mature, blossom and change from her 19-21 era? The same Adele that has just won 6 brand new Grammys? You mean the same Adele that just turned 24 last May? The one we watched and supported through all her ups and downs especially this past year? The one we watched become a Mega Star seemingly overnight and break record after record and even set a few? THAT Adele is pregnant!? WHAAAAAAATTTTT?

My sister told me over facebook that she was pregnant, and this was my reply:

Then I went to her blog and read the post, and I couldn't stop smiling all day. I still smile at the thought. I know that she doesn't know who I am and that we're not relatives but I'm just so excited for her! And hey, she could be my distant, distant cousin! Haha, Congradulations Adele! xoxo

Why focus on whether or not she's married than celebrate the fact that a new life is coming into this world? Sorry but that is so disrespectful and so offensive, regardless of your intentions. can't agree more ! well said .. I didn't want to mention it directly but I do agree of course . We were the first ones to know from Delly herself, she shares that fantastic news with us and yep she wasn't obliged to but she shared it with her faithful Daydreamers .. all we have to be is to be HAPPY and wow is so good !!
