Ok so I understand that everyone likes a serious, official thread and I completely understand why. I thought it'd be nice to have one thread that took a not so serious approach so that we could get to know each other better. A online version of the Adele App if you like. Please dont take this the wrong way. I am not trying to start up another open chat just because of the sake of it. Nor am I saying this forum is too serious, its not. Anyway so here goes


I'm in maths super bored!!! And I can't wait to get to break and listen to some Adele and eat. MY GOD I'M SOOO HUNGRY!!!

super Idea Rosie..! I had had that idea once and thought was a good way of getting to know daydreamers better and share some stuff whislt Delly is peacefully ( dunno lol but is what I think ) waiting for her baby . And as we have not many news probably due to a well deserved desire from Delly to live in a peaceful environnement.. we can express wateva we feel like on a special thread and here you open it ! SUPER ! I follow you on that .
As for Maths lol they have always been my " black beast " we say here as I simply get nofing of it haha am zero and .. tbh .. don't give a s**t of it bahaha ! ( this induces that .. lol ) Good luck wi Maths .. I admire you to be able to understand it !
I am doing ok .. stil very busy with my 5 cats and 2 ponies .. an everyday care especially for the equines .
Lots of work during my hols .. garden, field , etc .. woop woop busy like a whole bunch of bees oioioioio lool
How is everyone doing on here ?
ps: Rosie if you HUNGRY why don't you grab somefing to eat in "the food store ".. is always open 24/24 lol

I have always been awesome at math, but I hate it, it's so boring >_< I have no school for another month.. And the Chat is a good idea :) I'm excited for the Womens Soccer tomorrow, Canada vs. France... but I still hate how the ref!! Our only chance to ever get gold, especially winning against the U.S. and it's shattered :( I hope Canada gets the Bronze.. And I was hoping I could cheer for France in the Bronze, but now I can't.. Good luck to America in the Gold medal I guess.. and to France to.. even though I want Canada to win..

I didnt understand it.LOL. I'd been away and we had a substitute so i understood nothing. I wish I was on holidays, im only 4 weeks into the term, 6 weeks left and it feels like forever. this term isnt gonna be fun. Doesnt help because I've got so many exciting things in the holidays and towards the end of the term. I'm gonna see Mumford and sons in October then I'm going up along the coast for a few days and stopping over in a few places for a night along the way. I can't wait which is causing heaps of trouble!!

I'm ok at it too but I can't stand it, its sooo boring!!
I kinda got annoyed with the olympics. I only really watched the swimming, I saw some of the gymnastics but not as much as I wanted to. The time difference is really annoying and during the day the only repeat stuff that the Aussies won in. Its awful!! They only talk about Australia and they get so stupidly disappointed if they don't win. A girl cried because she got silver and that really annoyed me. She should've been proud that she was even there let alone get a medal. I've got to the point where I'm supporting Britain now (I was born there, moved 5 years ago) because the seem to be deserving it more than the Aussies. Australia is gutted that Britain is beating them. I'm glad they are, Britain deserves it especially after the reaction after the rowing, I loved that!!

I LOVE MATH! I use it everyday in my job and I think it keeps the mind sharp or at least I hope it pays off when I'm 70 or 80 and I don't end up with alzheimers. Enough boring chat.

I'm going to see Mumford and Sons on Thursday evening, woop, woop! So excited. Going with my sons and friends. So glad we like some of the same music and he has even introduced me to a few good ones (Foster the People) and I got him hooked on Adele. His favorite is IBW. Mine is DYR.

that mathematical equation is called DERIVATIVE!!its gonna be our lesson next week,our prof told us,i dont have any idea about that,hopefully I can understand it when it is discussed.hahaha

Derivatives are the easy part of calculus. Wait till you get to volumes of solids of revolution!

Really though, all derivatives follow a pretty basic process and once you catch on to that you can do them easily. I'm sure you'll do fine.
