Adele's Non-Appearance and Fan Disappointment.

NO WORRIES, folks. Adele had informed me in advance that she was not performing at the Olympics closing ceremony. You can also expect not to see her at the announcement of the Nobel Prize in Chemistry on 10 October, the dinner preceding the awarding of the Man Booker Prize on 16 October, and the Pinewood Studios after party following the BAFTA awards in February, 2013. While I am rumor-busting, I'll add that she will not be performing on the US Orbital Segment of the International Space Station, nor will appear on the new Euro ninety-nine cent coin. Those awaiting "The Adele Show" simulcast of her labor and delivery may also be disappointed. The placenta will not be publicly displayed.

Brace yourself for a quiet few years with the occasional pap shot of Adele wrestling toddlers in the sweets aisle at Waitrose.

I also watched that two hours bunch of crap waiting for the best thing Briton's got going for them, Adele, a class act to appear. The Internet led people to believe she would appear. Why did you not post on her official site that she would not be appearing? Adele comes across as not being fan friendly or older olks friendly. She went on a talk show and laughed hysterically at an older lady who had fainted at one o her concerts, then to make it worse, the lady had peed on herself. What is funny about that? I am a new Adele fan. Heard of her just after the Grammys. Fell in love with her voice. Went straight to Best Buy and bought all she had out. 2 Cd's and the Royal Albert Hall concert. I am 65!!!. I love her, my money spends just like a young person's. Then, I started watching everything I could on her on youtube. Then, I came upon the video of her on her tour bus pukeing her head off, sloppy drunk, loses her hat out the window, makes the remark"Amy Winehouse eat your heart out!". Amy was alive then. Heck, I was even about to use some of my home equity loan to come to London to see her because she doesn't like to fly. She also shouldn't be so hard on her dad and his drinking...look at her. Let him see his grandchild. He has told the world and you he is sorry. Love your voice kiddo, but you are not a nice person. Wish I could send what I bought back to you. Hey, you got our money, and deserted us!! If all you wanted to do was make music, why sign on with Sony records????If all you wanted to do was be a mum, why didn't you just do that?I mean, why do all this recording and touring and have the world fall in love with you...why??? Money. You got your nest egg, you got your houses and so called friends...your fans did that for you . You never would have made that kind of money singing in small venues around London. Two words.....Grow up..stop making fun of people...learn to appreciate that gift you've been given..oh yes, pregnancy is not a desease!!! Women have come along way. Also, the smart ass remarks your friends are posting for you are not humorous. I am no longer a fan. I have to say that would like to see these videos. I know someone fainted .hr concert but she stopped the whole thing make sure person was . And her friends are friends she has fora long time if I'm correct. And i really don't think adele would make fun of someone like that show me the video.

for her dad that can all be rumors but it's her decision whether 2 communicate with him.

you know, I keep hearing people bring up the 'old lady pissing herself' story. I guess a lot of people don't bother to listen closely. the woman was drunk off her @ss, passed out and peed herself whilst being removed from the concert. come on, we're talkin' Las Vegas.....

I agree. Honestly people, if you don't like her you don't have to go on and on about it.. Ohh she's gotten drunk, lots of people get drunk when they're young, and the drunk women thing, really? I would have laughed, it's not like the lady was badly injured, and she's stopped concerts for people who fainted, even though she didn't have to, and made sure they were okay..As for her dad, you don't know what's happened between them, Adele's obviously got her reasons for not talking to him.
